Mindfulness is about being aware of one’s own thoughts, and letting them be there without being unduly influenced by them. It involves acceptance, meaning that you pay attention to your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judging them.

Sound bowl healing: Tibetan singing bowls to promote relaxation and offer powerful healing properties.
